Head Energy Group and Head Energy Denmark A/S have finalized a minor restructuring of the company setup in Denmark and Germany. Head Energy Germany GmbH is now a direct subsidiary of Head Energy Denmark A/S.
“The new structure secures more efficient development of both the Danish and German consulting businesses”, says Managing Director of Head Energy Denmark A/S, Mads Vinter Hansen:
“It is important to remember that the group structure in Denmark is new and I think it is normal to do minor adjustment in the early days.
While our consulting unit has been operating since 2016, both Head Energy DanGrid and Head Energy Germany have been brought in under the Head Energy umbrella this year.
We now feel that we have the best framework for supporting all units both commercially and administratively and look forward to continuing our strong development in 2023″, says Mads Vinter Hansen.
