Head Energy Denmark’s team enjoyed busy and productive days, meeting up with industry leaders during the Wind Energy Hamburg expo late in September. Now, the team looks ahead to participate as exhibitor on the upcoming Wind Europe in Copenhagen, April 2023.

“The industry is rapidly developing, and these large expos are very good arenas for meeting up with decision makers and business developers in offshore wind. I think there is still a very positive vibe throughout the industry, and we certainly experience serious interest in both our deliveries and our approach” says General Manager of Head Energy Denmark Consulting, Anders Frederiksen.

Head Energy participated as exhibitor on Wind Europe Copenhagen in both 2019 and 2021. Anders Frederiksen highlights the importance of being pro-active and having a clear strategy for the expo, both for the crew manning the stand, but also who to seek out and get into contact with:

“It is important to remember that this is a very large expo, and we are in a competitive setting. Being an offshore wind consultant’s provider, we must always establish new relations and nurture existing relations. This applies for both clients and new candidates as well as employees. This approach is demanding but enables us to really connect with people and show that we are hands-on and personal in our business. To me, this is an important part of how you build an offshore wind consulting business”, Frederiksen says before adding:

“I think our team really gets this and I am really impressed with how they are developing and continually building solid networks in the offshore wind industry.

As we invest and care for our consultant’s development, we also use these expos as a platform for our skilled consulting team to learn and catch up on new technologies and market development in general”.

Head Energy DanGrid adds more value to the mix

2023 will be the first time that Head Energy DanGrid will be part of Head Energy Group’s expo-setup. The Odense-based high-voltage electrical engineering unit brings a new dimension to Head Energy’s business mix. Managing Director of Head Energy Denmark and Head Energy DanGrid, Mads Vinter Hansen, looks forward to presenting a broader range of services to the industry

“Head Energy DanGrid expands the field for us. Not just in terms of our business in Denmark, but for the scalability of the complete offshore wind and renewable energy setup in Head Energy Group.

With an established client base in Scandinavia, Head Energy DanGrid will open new doors for us and bridge our Danish business with our setups in both Norway and Sweden”, Mads Vinter Hansen concludes.
